3. Subscriptions and Payments
Some of our services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice.
4. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CleanBiz Marketing and its licensors. You may not reuse our content without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CleanBiz Marketing, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
